Why book direct?

Same availability as Airbnb and Booking.com, without platform fees: this is the best price.

How do I pay?

Online, when you book: credit/debit card, Bancontact or iDEAL (secure payment by Stripe). The full amount is paid at booking.

What is the minimum stay?

2 nights, a little longer during school holidays and major events.

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 7 days before arrival: 50% refund. 7 days or less: no refund. Exceptional circumstances are considered case by case. Airbnb and Booking.com bookings follow the platform’s terms.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, on request: send us your billing details before or at arrival.

Your stay

How many guests?

6 guests maximum, plus 1 baby (7 in total). Sleeping: 2 bedrooms with 160 cm double beds and a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room. 2 bathrooms.

Do you welcome babies?

Yes: a cot, a baby bath and a high chair are available.

Is linen provided?

Yes: bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided.

Is the nordic bath included?

Yes, at no extra cost, all year round, until 11 pm.

Check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 11 am. Self check-in with a key box.

Early arrival or late departure?

Possible depending on the guests before and after you: ask us a few days ahead.

Are pets allowed?

No, without exception, to keep the house allergen-free.

Is smoking allowed?

Only outside, away from the windows.

Is there parking?

Yes, private and free, for 2 cars. A fast charging station is nearby; charging from the house sockets is not allowed.

Where is the house?

In Boncelles (Seraing), 10 minutes from Liège and 25 minutes from Durbuy.
