Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook just like at home: Whirlpool multifunction oven with built-in microwave, Siemens fridge with HyperFresh drawer and LowFrost freezer, induction hob with built-in extractor hood, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Full dinnerware, pots, pans, Pyrex oven dishes, utensils and a Tefal fondue set are available in the drawers and storage room. Nespresso capsules are not supplied — please bring your own. A selection of teas is provided as a welcome touch.
Cleaning & housekeeping
Under the sink: multi-surface cleaner, glass cleaner, washing-up liquid, sponges, broom and dustpan. In the storage room: mop and bucket, Kärcher steam cleaner, ironing board and iron. First-aid kit and fire extinguisher also in the storage room — in case of emergency: 112.
Linen & bedding
Sheets and covers are provided and changed for every stay. Extra linen is stored in the laundry room drawers: orange/brown = double bed sheets, green/grey = bath towels, blue/green = guest towels and hand towels. Please don’t mix used and clean linen.
Sofa bed
The living room sofa converts into a double bed for extra guests. The bedding (sheets and pillows) is stored directly inside the sofa base, under the right-hand seat — simply lift the panel to access it. Please tidy everything before you leave.
Children & babies
An indoor play corner is set up (kids’ table, play kitchen, games) and a playhouse is installed in the garden. For little ones: a baby bath, travel cot and high chair are available on request — please let us know before you arrive (the high chair is in the middle drawer of the bench in the night hall). Please always supervise children, especially around the Nordic bath, the barbecue or the stairs.
Weber barbecue
Available on the terrace with all its accessories (spatula, tongs, brush, charcoal lighter). Charcoal is not supplied. After use: put the cover back on, clean the grill and empty the cold ashes onto the pile at the bottom of the garden.
Heating & air conditioning
4 reversible Daikin Perfera air conditioners (living room, lounge, 2 bedrooms), each with its own remote. Press ON/OFF, set the temperature with the arrows, automatic mode adapts the power (a few minutes to stabilise). A night mode slightly reduces temperature and noise.
Recommended temperatures: winter 20-21°C daytime / 18-19°C at night — summer 23-25°C. Please don’t leave the unit running with a window open or while you’re away; in case of clearly excessive use, the host reserves the right to switch off the system remotely.
